About the RoleWe are seeking a Contract Program Manager to oversee global branded merchandise stores and provide analytic support for employee recognition programs. This role blends strategic leadership, retail operations, vendor management, and data-driven analysis to elevate employee engagement initiatives worldwide.You'll split your time between managing branded gear stores (75%) and supporting recognition program analytics (25%), making this a highly impactful role for a detail-oriented and innovative professional. Key ResponsibilitiesBranded Merchandise Operations (75%)Oversee global branded gear stores (US/EMEA & APAC) including inventory, fulfillment, production, and distribution.Manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, budgets, and timelines ensuring deliverables are met.Provide creative input on merchandise design, trends, and brand alignment.Collaborate with marketing/design teams to approve final product quality.Develop internal marketing strategies to promote merchandise stores and drive engagement.Track sales performance, purchasing forecasts, and budget adherence using data insights.Recognition Program Analytics (25%)Conduct data analysis, audits, ROI calculations, and performance reporting for recognition initiatives.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track program effectiveness.Benchmark recognition practices against industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities.Partner with internal teams to ensure data-driven program improvements. Desired Qualifications5+ years program management experience in retail ops, supply chain, or related fields.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, data modeling, reporting).Experience with communications, marketing, and graphic design a plus.Skilled in vendor & agency management.Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.Proficiency in Slack & Google Workspace.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
