Our client, a high-growth AI startup is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to partner closely with the CEO and serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team. This is a critical role for someone proactive, resourceful, and exceptionally organized. This is ideal for someone who is comfortable thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while ensuring seamless execution and communication at the highest level.Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact, managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.Prepare, coordinate, and track materials, agendas, and follow-ups for key meetings.Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders.What you'll bring:5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environmentsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot quickly.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.High degree of integrity, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive information.Resilient and adaptable in the face of ambiguity and rapid change.Why This Opportunity:Close partnership with founders and senior leadership to influence company trajectory.Opportunity to work alongside world-class leaders and innovators.Salary Range:$150,000 - $175,000You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
