Vaco has been engaged by an emergency property restoration and mitigation company to find an experienced Operations/Project Manager.Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Job duties include:Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew.Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job.Completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion.Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs.Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner.Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians.Qualifications:Experience in equipment, asset and financial management.Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling. *This position is base plus commission*
