Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide key support across administrative, human resources, and recruiting functions. This role works closely with leadership and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to an efficient, professional work environment.Apply promptly! A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Key Responsibilities:Administrative SupportCoordinate office communications, calendar scheduling, supply management, and internal reportingAssist in organizing internal events and meetingsProvide general support to staff and leadership teamsHuman Resources SupportMaintain and organize employee records and documentationAssist with onboarding and orientation of new hiresUpdate and maintain HR systems and databasesTrack employee leave requests and assist with compliance documentationSupport updates to internal policies, employee handbooks, and reportingRecruiting SupportSchedule interviews and manage candidate communicationsConduct background check coordination and maintain applicant tracking systemsSupport attorney or professional staff onboarding and recruitment event logisticsOffice OperationsGreet visitors and coordinate use of shared spaces (e.g., conference rooms)Process invoices and support basic accounts-related tasksUphold confidentiality across all administrative and personnel mattersQualifications:3-5 years of administrative and/or HR support experience in a law firm or professional services environmentProven ability to support multiple stakeholders or team members simultaneouslyPrior experience in HR or recruiting functions is strongly preferredAssociate's degree required; additional certifications or relevant training a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe AcrobatExcellent communication, organization, and time management skills
