We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human capital management and employment laws, along with excellent communication skills. Support change management efforts by communicating updates and facilitating transitions within the organization. Assist with compliance related to FMLA, OSHA, affirmative action planning, and other employment laws. Help manage workforce planning activities to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing data collection support for HR metrics and analytics.SkillsStrong knowledge of human resources management principles, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Familiarity with ADP software Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Experience in conflict management and resolution strategies within a workplace setting. Knowledge of workforce management practices and organization design principles is a plus. Administrative experience with social media management for employer branding is beneficial.
