Welding Team Leader - High Mix / Low Volume

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Welding Team Leader to lead and inspire our low-volume, high-mix welding operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll not only guide a small team of welders but also step in on the floor, fitting and welding a wide variety of products yourself.
