Role involves hands-on machining, inspections, and maintaining quality standards under minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines, grinders, and milling toolsRead and interpret blueprints and work ordersUse inspection tools like micrometers and calipersPerform machine setups, tool changes, and routine maintenanceEnsure safety, quality, and efficiency on the floorDocument inspections and follow production instructionsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of machining experience (manual & CNC)Knowledge of GD&T and machining tolerancesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud manufacturing environmentBasic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office)Machining certificate preferred
