Your mission will be to:Lead & Develop: Direct, mentor, and empower a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors across multiple shifts to achieve peak performance.Drive Operational Excellence: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production flow, enhance quality, and reduce costs.Strategize & Plan: Own capacity planning and production scheduling, working cross-functionally with Schedulers, HR, and Quality teams to ensure objectives are met.Champion Safety & Quality: Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and product quality, fostering a "zero-incident" and "right-the-first-time" culture.What You Need to Succeed:Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a leadership/management role.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Expertise: Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity planning, and production flow.Leadership: A passion for developing people and a demonstrated ability to lead multi-shift operations.Why Ashley Furniture?We are more than a business; we're a family.
