Your mission will be to:Lead & Develop: Direct, mentor, and empower a large team of Operations Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production flow, enhance quality, and relentlessly drive out waste.Strategize & Execute: Own capacity planning along with production scheduling, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure all manufacturing objectives are achieved on time and within budget.Champion a World-Class Culture: Uphold and advance our commitment to safety and quality, creating an environment where every team member is engaged and proud of their work.What You Need to Succeed:Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a senior leadership/management role.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent deep work experience).Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (CI), complex capacity planning, and dynamic production flows.Leadership: A genuine passion for developing people and a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, multi-shift operations.Why Ashley Furniture is Different:We are more than a business; we're a family built on a "Growth Mindset" and a "Dirty Fingernail" work ethic.
