You'll analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and maintain a positive and safe work environment. This is a hands-on role where you can truly make an impact on a dedicated team.The schedule is either Sun-Wed or Mon-Thur 7p-5:30a.. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $80,000, with a 5% bonus potential. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution center.
