The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage correspondence between team members, vendors, and clientsAnswer and direct incoming calls professionallySchedule meetings and appointmentsPrepare and format documents and reportsMaintain and update spreadsheetsPrepare invoices and verify supporting documentationSubmit expense reports and reconcile receiptsSupport attorney timekeeping entriesCoordinate meetings, food orders, and tech support when neededAssist with small event planning and team dinnersQualifications:Must have current law firm experienceProven ability to build trust and strong working relationships across all levelsStrong administrative and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailSelf-starter who thrives in a collaborative team settingCalm, professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentialityFlexibility to adapt to shifting prioritiesProficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systemsPreferred (but not required):Experience with billing systemsSchedule:This is a hybrid role with an expectation of a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
