Job ResponsibilitiesScroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Receive timepiece orders and assist in the process of getting pieces to the proper store locationsCommunicate with Management and Ownership on orders as necessaryKeep appropriate documentation for all brand ordering, allocation of pieces, and information on timepiece warranties Work on vendor portals to assist in placing orders if needed for the brandComplete all data-entry for pieces as it pertains to receiving shipmentsComplete any clerical/admin work as necessary.Requirements/Job SkillsMust consider yourself a self-starter/proactive.Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.Ability to prioritize/time management skills.Analytical forward-thinker.Customer service focused.Excellent written and verbal skills.Experience working with Microsoft office is a must.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Flexible with schedule and available on weekends.Open to working for a fast-growing family-run business.Experience in retail, specifically working with watches, is an added bonus but not required.
