This full-time role is ideal for individuals with a background in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth. Positions are available in Wilkinsburg, North Versailles, and the North Side.Adelphoi provides regulatory and agency-preferred training to prepare you for success in a structured, trauma-informed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate psycho-educational groups and provide direct support to youth with ankle monitors.Implement evidence-based interventions to promote emotional regulation, social skills, and personal growth.Support youth in developing daily living skills and routines.Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support.Maintain professionalism during family meetings, court hearings, and external engagements.Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles in all interactions.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.Experience working in detention, residential, or behavioral health settings is a plus.About AdelphoiAdelphoi has been a leader in youth and family services for over 50 years, offering counseling, residential care, foster care, adoption, and education programs.
