We provide open and honest feedback and learn from our experiences, always looking to improve our current situation.Responsibilities:Execute all account retention activities in alignment with established best practices and defined timelines.Maintain regular and professional communication with customers via phone, text, email, letters, field visits, and other approved company channels.Confirm payment due dates with customers to support on-time payments and minimize delinquencies.Analyze customer payment histories and identify appropriate resolution strategies for expired or delinquent accounts.Accurately record all account interactions, including customer commitments, updated contact information, and planned follow-up actions.Initiate outbound calls to customers, landlords, and references to establish or re-establish communication.Regularly confirm and update customer contact information.Prepare and verify daily field stop lists and verify all information before field visits.Maintain real-time communication with the store while in the field using approved devices.Collect and process field payments accurately, ensuring receipts are issued and documented.Demonstrate professionalism in high-pressure or sensitive situations.Safeguard the confidentiality of all customer account information.Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to support retention and strengthen customer relationships.Hours:Ability to work a standard 5-day, 40-hour work week on a consistent basis. Scheduled hours include Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00AM through 7:00PM. Individual schedules will vary based on business demands. Stores are closed on Sundays.Requirements:Education High School Diploma or GED required.Experience One (1) year of work experience in retail or an organization performing customer service, payment resolution, retail sales, and other sales related duties.Training Completion of New Hire Orientation, completion of all required internal training.Special Requirements The passing of a successful pre-employment drug test and background review may be required for this position. Blue Ocean has declared its stores to be a smoke-free and drug-free workplace. Random drug testing may be instituted.Lifting Ability to independently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and safely maneuver heavier merchandise on the showroom floor using a dolly or with assistance, without causing injury or damage.Data Entry The ability to enter data in a computer.Compensation details: 15-17 Hourly WagePI9b202f79a07c-29952-37960433
