We are seeking a seeking a skilled litigation attorney to assist with legal drafting, legal research, motion practice, discovery disputes, trial preparation, document management and good client service. Litigation experience is required.*Responsibilities** Able to manage multiple cases in both state and federal court while providing superior work product and excellent client service.* Must be able to work independently in all areas of a litigation practice including drafting pleadings, drafting and answering discovery, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.* Ability to manage numerous cases with a mix of different types of litigation throughout Ohio.* Ability to work in the Dublin office (not remote) during regular business hours (9-5:30).* All other duties as assigned.*Skills** Proven experience as a litigation attorney. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Working with a team including a team lead and paralegal.* Knowledge of legal documents, evidence, court rules, procedures, and practices.* Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel and general computer skills and database experience.
