Job Description Job SummaryCheck out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Informatics for Analytics & Interfaces, the Associate Clinical Informatics Analyst is responsible for supporting application, hardware and software technical support for the Care Connections and Clinical Informatics teams.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAssists in the hardware and software support of clinical, practice management and operational workflows.Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Creates basic visualizations to present findings.Writes basic scripts using SQL to query relational databases and extract relParticipates in the system implementation life cycle including but not limited to planning, implementation, training, and post implementation support.Assists in problem/issue resolution related to hardware and software applications.Minimum 2 years of experienceExcellent customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or other comparable softwareEmpathy/passion for working with senior, disabled, low income populationsExperience diagnosing hardware and software issuesAdept with configuring smartphones, iPhone and AndroidStrong phone, verbal and written communications skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating with multiple departmentsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyMaintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)Job QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION:HS Diploma or GEDPREFERRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experiencePREFERRED EXPERIENCE:4+ years of experienceExperience with EHR applications, a plusKnowledge of database tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQLAzure DevopsMicrosoft Office products2+ years SQL and BIPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Working environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate.
