We specialize in manufacturing overhead bridge cranes and structural steel fabrication, serving industrial and commercial customers across Central Wisconsin.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical work, problem-solving, and working on unique equipment in a shop and in-field setting.*Key Responsibilities:*Assemble electrical systems on overhead cranes and hoist equipmentTroubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnosticsRead blueprints, schematics, and follow NEC/OSHA safety standardsCollaborate with Fabrication and Service DepartmentsTravel to local customer sites for troubleshooting and repair (company vehicle)*Qualifications:*Valid Wisconsin Electrical Credential License (Journeyman or Master)Valid driver's licenseStrong knowledge of industrial/commercial electrical systemsMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn crane systemsSelf-motivated and safety-focusedCrane or hoist experience is a plus (not required - we will train)*What We Offer:*First shift hours 7am - 3 pm with paid lunch break - overtime opportunitiesCompetitive pay ($30 - $40 per hour) + benefits and overtime potentialExcellent health insurance (Employee biweekly cost: $20 single / $ 40 single +1 / $60 family)Full benefit package - vacation pay / profit sharingCompany vehicle/ Local workOpportunity to build a long-term careerStable and growing, family-owned company since 1985*About Us:*Custom Steel Incorporated is a local, family-owned growing steel fabrication and overhead crane company based in Schofield, WI.
