The *Lead Technician* performs a dual role, works as a technician performing repair work as needed to ensure timely completion of service; and as a shift supervisor to ensure qualified technicians perform repairs correctly and efficiently and that the service department maintains a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.*Rush Truck Leasing* opens the door to the world of opportunity.
