You'll work side-by-side with our President and executive team, providing high-level administrative and operational support that directly fuels our growth. At Munie, our mission is simple: to deliver excellence every day through safety, integrity, trust, and exceeding expectations.What You'll DoBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting on safety, sales, production, service calls, and performance.Manage licenses, certifications, renewals, and compliance deadlines across multiple business areas.Oversee equipment and fleet management including GPS tracking, licenses, registrations, and loss/churn reporting.Support capital expenditures and purchasing, ensuring accuracy and accountability.Coordinate executive travel, lodging, and property administration.Track and organize executive correspondence, subscriptions, and contracts.Maintain structure and process discipline in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.What We're Looking ForA structured, detail-driven professional with a strong drive to master assignments and follow through to completion.Ability to self-analyze data, identify patterns, and develop insights independently.Comfortable working for extended periods in focus mode, with the flexibility to adapt when priorities shift.Fact-based, straightforward communicator who can be socially approachable when needed.Thrives in environments of change, shifting deadlines, and high expectations, but prefers to bring order and routine to complexity.Highly analytical, with the patience to work methodically while also driving results with urgency.Bachelor's degree preferred (business, operations, analytics, or related field).
