We're looking for a CNC Operations Specialist to support daily production, machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting while working closely with engineering and production teams to drive efficiency on the shop floor.What You'll Do:Set up, program, and operate multiple CNC machines to optimize productionTroubleshoot machine malfunctions, tooling wear, and quality deviationsIdentify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and increase efficiencyWork with engineering teams to introduce new tooling, fixtures, and automationTrain and mentor machinists, supporting their skill developmentMaintain detailed records of setups, tooling adjustments, and optimizationsWhat We're Looking For:Journeyman-level CNC machining experience or equivalent technical expertiseStrong knowledge of machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting across multiple machine typesExperience with Haas machines and ability to read/edit G-code requiredExpertise in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement toolsAbility to optimize feeds, speeds, and tool paths for efficiencyDemonstrated ability to improve tooling efficiency, reduce downtime, and drive process improvementsStrong problem-solving and leadership skills in a fast-paced production environmentExperience using ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred)Work Environment:This role is hands-on and based on the production floor.
