Temporary Provider Service Representative Responds to provider inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, billing, and payments.Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate information via phone, email, and electronic inquiries.Educate providers on policies, procedures, and self-service options.Resolve inquiries within established timeframes, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.Stay informed on policies and updates.Document all inquiries with detailed and accurate information.Build strong provider relationships through excellent customer service.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.3+ years of customer service experience.Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.Ability to multi-task, work independently, and handle stressful situations.Excellent opportunity for a candidate with great customer service skills and prior experience/exposure to insurance.
