Position: Office Specialist Confidential Duration: 6 months (ext + possible perm) Location: Sacramento CA 95827 PR: $28.83-35.04/hr Day to Day: Insight Globals client, a wastewater company in the Sacramento area, is seeking to hire an Office Specialist to support the Public Records department. Due to a high influx in public record requests, this person will be responsible for responding to clients PRA within a 10-day period. Working alongside the HR department, this resource will be uploading confidential personnel files into the new ERP system. This Office Specialist will be interfacing with several departments including payroll ,HR and project teams to scan and purge personnel files, maintain files, and provide requests related to subpoenas. Research and resolve customer service problems, applying rules, laws, ordinances, regulations, policies, and procedures. Notifying appropriate parties of information to provide information, resolve complaints, and ensure the process is complete. Conduct group presentations and meetings with customers applying knowledge of process, fiscal, and legal guidelines. Creates documents and prepares forms, documents, charts, and proposals.
