We're working with a client in Dover who's looking to bring on a Legal Assistant with experience in Personal Injury law. This is a full-time opportunity supporting attorneys with case prep, document handling, and client communication in a busy legal environment. Dover, NH | $23-$26/hrDirect Hire Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.What You'll Be Doing:Preparing legal documents like motions, objections, and correspondenceAssisting with discovery and organizing case filesFiling paperwork in State and Federal courts (must be comfortable with e-filing systems)Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and emailSupporting attorneys with trial prep and hearing materialsManaging and reviewing medical records for case useWhat They're Looking For:Experience with personal injury cases and working with claims adjustersSkilled in gathering and organizing medical evidenceStrong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlinesFamiliarity with court rules, discovery timelines, and trial prepDetail-oriented with excellent proofreading and administrative skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and NetDocuments (a plus!)
