Masis Professional Group is recruiting for a Customer Service Account Representative on behalf of our client located in Columbus, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive hourly payrate and benefits package.If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.The Customer Service Account Representative maintains client accounts, which includes providing status information, facilitating production processes, and acting as the liaison between the client and internal company departments.Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Account Representative:Pursues opportunities within existing business, under the direction of the Business Development Manager (BDM).Provides price quotes using contracts, upon the approval of the BDM.Provides customers literature and price book requests.Expedites and manages all open orders.Communicates daily with accounts to update samples, drawings, and status of projects for all RFQ/NPD tracking with customers.Monitors status of all blanket orders according to customers' requirements and coordinates reorders as requested.Establishes and maintains relationships with customers via phone and email.Ensures adherence to client contracts and Service Level Agreements.Maintains a working knowledge of Change Orders and/or Addendums to existing contracts.Holds oneself accountable for retaining assigned client base.Develops specific plans for each client to present additional solutions with the goal of maintaining and growing the relationships.Owns escalated problem management and creates resolutions plans; must troubleshoot, problem solve and document any internal problems that interfere with high quality service provided to our clients.Education and Experience of the Customer Service Account Representative:High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of customer service or account management experience within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Customer Service Account Representative:Demonstrates a commitment to high levels of customer service and a sense of urgency in satisfying and delighting clients.Strong organization and time management skills - able to handle multiple aspects of several ongoing projects, including timelines, client concerns and other internal project maintenance as needed.Proven record of process management and relationship building skills.Must have technical and logical thinking abilities, along with good problem-solving skills.Professional demeanor and appearance, including the maturity required to interact with higher management (both internal and with the client).Experience with client contracts and pricing structures preferred.Solid knowledge of process improvement methods/LEAN experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Word, and Excel).Must be assertive, intuitive, cooperative, creative and flexible.Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and remain composed and objective in highly stressful situations - conflict resolution skills are desirable.Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.Conceptual understanding of sales and customer support.Physical Demands of the Customer Service Account Representative:While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.Please submit your resume to be considered for this position.
