We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in a hands-on role where you will play a key part in our production process.General Labor - Pay and BenefitsPay: $18.50 per hour (First Shift)Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AMBenefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance, plus paid vacationWhat You Will DoOperate and monitor punch presses, multi-slides, and molding presses following ISO 13485 work instructionsPerform secondary operations such as passivation, forming, welding, assembly, riveting, and custom packagingInspect parts using gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and microscopesIdentify and report any quality concerns to Quality AssuranceHandle and thread materials as neededMonitor equipment performance and report issues to the setup technician or production coordinatorDocument production data and track labor activitiesPerform Statistical Process Control (SPC) charting as requiredPackage products accurately while maintaining quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat We Are Looking ForEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or willingness to obtain a GEDPrior manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredSkills and RequirementsBasic reading, writing, and math skills in EnglishStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators is a plusWillingness to learn ISO 13485 processes and SPCAbility to work overtime, including weekends, when neededBasic computer skillsPhysical ability to stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling movementsReady to Get Started?Take the next step in your career today.
