Key Responsibilities of the CFO Lead the financial strategy and operations of a $10M+ construction company As CFO, oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong focus on WIP reporting and construction industry standards. Provide hands-on CFO leadership to a small accounting/finance team, mentoring and developing staff. Partner with the CEO/Owner as the CFO voice in strategic planning and decision-making. Drive financial discipline while maintaining the company's approachable, collaborative culture. Preferred Qualifications for the CFO 7+ years of construction industry experience with deep knowledge of WIP reporting.
