Senior Financial Analyst $80,000-$110,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.• Newly created Senior Financial Analyst role in a global, publicly traded manufacturing organization experiencing tremendous growth• Opportunity to work on a broad mix of accounting, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis projects with high-level exposure• Company recognized for innovation, growth, and global market leadership across multiple brands• Significant career development potential - grow into corporate accounting, financial reporting, finance, or business unit leadership roles• Collaborative, close-knit team environment where good work is recognized and rewarded• Hybrid flexibility with 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process in the consolidation system, ensuring timeliness and accuracy• Review divisional financial statements, analyze balance sheet accounts, and provide guidance to divisional teams on GAAP compliance• Assist with SEC reporting and preparation of external financial information• Partner with accounting locations to streamline and improve financial close processes across multiple business units• Perform ad hoc analysis, management reporting, and special projects to support leadership decision-making• Prepare government census reporting and other regulatory filings as required• The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the Corporate Controller and divisional controllers, gaining valuable exposure to corporate and operational finance Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or large company environments• Strong understanding of US GAAP, accounting processes, and internal control concepts• Experience with consolidation systems (OneStream, Hyperion, or similar) a plus• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial systems and reporting tools• Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance a plus• The successful Senior Financial Analyst will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-moving organization This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst ready to make an immediate impact within a dynamic, global manufacturer that values initiative, innovation, and career progression. $80K-$110K #LI-AH1#ZRCFS#INSEP2025
