Our Client, a collegiate nonprofit in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, believes a home is more than just four walls???it???s where leadership is born, friendships flourish, and lifelong memories are made. We???re looking for a visionary, people-first Director of Collegiate Housing to lead the housing operations across the country, ensuring every chapter house is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for our members to thrive. This position is 100% remote, so we are considering candidates throughout the USA. 20-30% travel required. What You???ll Do: As the Director of Collegiate Housing, you???ll serve as the strategic heartbeat of our Collegiate Housing Team???leading people, managing properties, and nurturing relationships with chapter leaders, volunteers, and staff. You???ll oversee the growing housing portfolio, ensure top-notch living experiences, and shape the future of the homes. Your leadership will include: Inspiring and guiding a dynamic Collegiate Housing Team to align with the organization???s values and vision. Driving occupancy and financial performance through innovative leasing strategies and data-driven decisions. Building strong, proactive relationships with chapter leaders, stakeholders, and enterprise departments. Crafting operating plans and financial strategies to support housing success at every chapter location. Ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained???partnering with our Facility Support Team on capital projects and improvements. Leading and mentoring the Properties employees, including house directors and support staff, through all stages of the employee lifecycle. Responding to emergencies and ensuring smooth transitions as new homes join our housing portfolio. What Makes You the Ideal Fit: 5???8 years of experience in housing, preferably collegiate housing, property management, or related fields 3???5 years of leadership experience managing teams A Bachelor???s degree from an accredited institution Expertise in stakeholder communication, budgeting, employee relations, and operational leadership A problem-solver who thrives in change and brings structure to evolving priorities Passion for empowering women, creating community, and building meaningful spaces Submit a word formatted resuime to ddavis@.
