Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager: Manage and record new loans, refinances, and construction draws; coordinate with lenders to provide financial statements and review debt service ratios. Oversee escrow balance analysis and manage reimbursement paperwork submissions. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards. Complete monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and deliver variance analysis reports. Facilitate distributions according to LLC operating agreements. Supervise bank loan reconciliations and manage the accounts receivable and payable processes. Support year-end tax compliance and assist in preparing documentation for year-end audits. Evaluate, design, and implement internal financial controls, accounting processes, and policies, aiming for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is a plus. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reporting. Experience with Entrada software is a plus.
