CSR Materials AdministratorPlease make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.Location: Lenexa, KSJob ID: #71606Pay Range: $16-19Primary ResponsibilitiesProcess daily incoming goods and returns into Repair Center database and ERP systemsIdentify log and track items that can't be inducted due to any discrepancies, paperwork, part number, serial number, RO's , missing in JDE etc.Communicate and coordinate with the internal and external customer for product returns/repair and receiving issues.Maintains delivery records for received productsManage RAI activity, including communication and logging of AWBs and datesProvide daily report-out of key metrics (grief units in house, units added, units cleared, top 5 customers, etc.)Partner with CS order administration focal to minimize units in grief and expedite clearanceControl and identification of units in griefAdditional tasks/ duties as assigned by logistics ManagerDaily cleaning organizing and general housekeeping of your own work areaFile or scan file all related paperwork to process or close out repairs. Maintain/process paperwork and files per established company proceduresEstablish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with customers, other employees, supervisors and managersMaintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulationsPreferred QualificationsDetail-OrientedStrong computer skills,Strong Attention to detail, Accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organizationStrong communication skillsExcel, Outlook experience required; PowerPoint, Teams experience strongly preferredAble to collaborate with customer service representatives, receiving/shipping personnel, and MRO leadershipPrior experience working in materials or customer service roleBasic Qualifications:HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manage time effectivelyBenefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state lawButler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
