In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in safeguarding the company's operations. Your focus will include identifying and mitigating risks across contractual agreements, subcontractor performance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations.Perks:• A stable and growing company with over 75 years of proven success• Close-knit, family-oriented culture with appreciation lunches and holiday events• Comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and generous PTOResponsibilities:• Review contracts and subcontracts to identify legal and risk issues, escalating complex concerns and supporting negotiations.• Manage subcontractor prequalification, insurance compliance, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with company standards.• Monitor and report claims activity, collaborating with brokers, carriers, and internal teams for timely resolution.• Maintain relationships with insurance, bonding, and banking partners, coordinating certificates, renewals, and documentation.• Partner with operations and safety teams to assess project-specific risks and develop mitigation strategies.Qualifications:• Bachelor's in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.• 3-5 years in risk management or contract administration.• Experience with the Construction industry is strongly preferred.• CRM or ARM certification is a plus but not required.#LI-RM1#LI-onsite
