Controller Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Planning: The Controller will develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives, ensuring long-term success and profitability. Budget Oversight: As the Controller, you will manage and monitor budgets across departments, analyze variances, and provide insights for cost control and financial efficiency. Accounting Leadership: The Controller will lead the accounting team, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations. Month-End Closing & Reporting: The Controller will oversee month-end closing procedures, preparing financial reports that provide transparency and data-driven insights. Audit & Compliance: The Controller will manage financial audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Controller Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, including Controller roles. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Experience managing financial audits and compliance requirements.
