Bilingual Recruiter - Dallas/Fort WorthThe information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications. Our client in the manufacturing/retail industry has a need to hire a Recruiter to add to their HR team! This is a full-time role and will be a 100% onsite role. There is NO hybrid or remote option for this position. This specific role will be involved in building out recruiting processes, managerial interview training, facilitation of local/onsite job fairs, virtual job fairs and full cycle recruiting for both corporate positions as well as plant/warehouse positions. Degree preferred Bilingual Spanish highly preferred! 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience Must have retail and/or blue-collar recruiting experience Must be accustomed to recruiting in a high volume/high turnover environment Experience with Workday's ATS portal is a huge plus! Must have experience partnering with front line leaders for strategic hiring as well as backfills, and seasonal hires Must have experience not only recruiting but also coming in with a strategic mindset ~ process creation and/or improvement, strategic pipeline planning, etc. The company offers an employee-centric environment, a great HR team to collaborate with and all in all - a fun place to work!
