This role requires understanding insurance concepts such as drug cards, major medical benefits, per diem coverage, and patient assistance programs. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role involves handling inbound calls, coordinating patient services, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Onsite work is required, and performance may later allow for remote work, though this is not guaranteed.
