As a Direct Sales Assistant, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training in our direct sales processes and Verizon TruConnect services. Key Responsibilities of the Direct Sales Assistant Prepare daily sales kits and promotional materials for Direct Sales Representatives, ensuring accuracy and availability of documents, brochures, and sign-up forms. Assist with basic lead qualification, performing initial checks on potential customer eligibility for Verizon TruConnect services or government programs. Manage and organize sales territories, helping to map out efficient routes and track daily progress for the sales team in Gold River neighborhoods. Conduct initial, non-sales conversations with potential customers to introduce Verizon TruConnect services and gather preliminary interest. Perform accurate data entry of customer information and daily sales activities into our CRM system, maintaining meticulous records. Provide direct administrative support to sales representatives, freeing them to focus on core customer engagement and enrollment. Ensure all sales equipment and devices are charged, updated, and ready for daily field operations. Gather basic customer feedback during initial interactions, passing relevant insights to sales representatives for deeper engagement. Collaborate closely with sales team members and management to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges in real-time. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Verizon TruConnect products, service features, and eligibility requirements to assist the sales team effectively. Participate in daily team briefings to understand sales goals, strategies, and any new campaign details. Represent Alvearium Marketing and Verizon TruConnect professionally during all field activities, upholding brand standards.
