As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you'll be the communication link between Frontier's services and its customers"”tracking updates, coordinating outreach, and keeping service delivery on point. The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining trust and consistency across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities of the Client Engagement Coordinator: Act as the main point of contact for Frontier customers"”responding to service questions, updates, and account needs with clarity and care. Coordinate with internal teams to keep Frontier's campaign projects on track, ensuring smooth delivery and timely execution. Record customer interactions, service feedback, and campaign outcomes using internal systems to support Frontier's data accuracy and performance tracking. Assist with onboarding, service enrollment, and account updates for Frontier customers"”keeping everything organized and aligned with campaign standards. Spot opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share helpful insights that support Frontier's outreach strategy and service experience.
