Responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative: Welcome new customers and provide an overview of AT&T's wireless services, account set up process, and ensure that the consumer are eligible for products Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive customer information Act as the primary point of contact responsible for handling all sales cycles Manage customers with care, sincerity, and empathy toward their issues and escalate any that you may need additional resources to resolve Utilize provided tools and resources to effectively educate consumers on the benefits provided by AT&T and their new services to customers
