Title: Human Resources Generalist - Benefits & TrainingInterested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Location: Naples, FL (On-Site)Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Opportunity to play a key role in both employee benefits and learning initiatives Work directly with leadership to shape company culture and employee engagement Join a growing manufacturing company with a strong local presence and a commitment to employee development Dynamic, collaborative team environment with the ability to take ownership of high-impact programs Key Responsibilities: Benefits Administration: Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness initiatives Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and vendor communications Manage open enrollment processes, ensuring accurate communication, system updates, and compliance Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA Partner with payroll to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reporting Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs across departments Develop onboarding plans and coordinate new hire orientation sessions Maintain training records and track employee participation and development progress Partner with leadership to design and implement succession planning and career development pathways Support performance review cycles and assist in manager coaching Additional HR Support: Assist in maintaining HRIS data and ensuring accurate employee records Support broader HR initiatives including policy development, employee engagement, and compliance audits Help with internal communications around benefits, wellness, and training initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field SHRM certification or similar 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on benefits administration and/or training & development Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and best practices Experience designing and delivering training programs a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS #LI-KH1 #LI-ONSITE
