Shared Services Manager

Job Title: Shared Services ManagerEnsure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Location: Indianapolis, INCompensation: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experienceEmployment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounts receivable function within the shared services team Oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness Establish and monitor KPIs for accounts receivable performance, including DSO and aging metrics Partner with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve customer disputes and improve collections efficiency Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures within AR Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the AR team Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required 8+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections; manufacturing industry experience preferred 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role within a shared services environment strongly preferred Strong knowledge of AR processes, credit management, and cash application practices #INSEP2025#ZRCFS#LI-LS1#LI-Onsite
