With travel opportunities across the U.S., you'll represent our company onsite with contractors, engineers, and operations teams"”making sure every system is properly installed, tested, and commissioned.Why join us?Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan, including 401(k) matchingPaid Time Off (PTO)Parental LeaveTuition ReimbursementProfessional Development AssistanceReferral ProgramJob DetailsWhat You'll DoTravel to customer sites (up to 75% mostly local travel) to commission, service, and support Central Inverter SystemsSchedule and coordinate with contractors to meet customer start-up and training needsPerform voltage measurements, inspections, and compliance checks against product specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including cable connections, AC/DC circuits, PCB assemblies, and control systemsInstall remaining inverter parts and batteries to complete commissioningDiagnose and correct system performance shortfalls onsiteProvide feedback to Design and Engineering teams for system improvementsDeliver remote technical support for installation, operations, and troubleshootingPrepare and manage documentation, expense reports, and service records accurately and on timeShip replacement parts, process returns, and support the testing department as neededFollow all OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E safety guidelinesWhat You'll Bring (Required)2-year Electrical degree OR 5+ years of commercial electrical experienceStrong knowledge of electrical schematics, AC/DC motors and drives, and control systemsFamiliarity with PLC systems and common wiring practicesAbility to work with single and three-phase units up to 480 VAC, and DC voltage from 6-326 VDCHands-on experience with battery operations and handling (ability to lift up to 120 lbs.)Understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA electrical safety standardsProficiency with electrical measurement devices and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Strong commitment to safety and teamworkPreferred QualificationsExperience in central lighting inverter systemsOSHA 10 Safety TrainingCPR & AED CertificationEssential FunctionsAbility to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeAbility to move about office and field environmentsRegular use of computers, testing equipment, and office machineryStrong communication and observation skills to identify, resolve, and document issuesInterested in hearing more?
