The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation departments. This is a shared weekend call position that requires a registered nurse with supervisory experience.Schedule:Monday - FridayShared Weekend CallResponsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation departmentsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agenciesManage and mentor nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performanceCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient careDevelop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community partnersParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesEnsure that all nursing staff adhere to ethical and professional standardsProvide support to the Director of Nursing as neededQualifications:Registered Nurse with a current licenseExperience in long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitationSupervisory experience in a healthcare settingStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teamsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and complianceCommitment to providing high-quality patient careFlexibility to work weekends as neededIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing who is committed to providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting permanent position.Interested in hearing more?
