Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per yearA bit about us:Our client is a fast growing clinical laboratory with patients and providers as their main focus.Why join us?Stellar Medical/Dental/Vision Paid holidays 401K MatchJob DetailsOur client is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead their front-end revenue cycle operations, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely claims and billing.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing revenue cycle teamOversee patient intake, insurance verification, billing, and collectionsResolve claim denials and streamline first-pass claim successTrack KPIs, manage projects, and improve workflowsEnsure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer serviceManage call center operations for patients and payorsDeliver accurate reporting to leadershipWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree (healthcare, business, or related field)7+ years in healthcare; 5+ years in revenue cycle3+ years in a management roleExperience in patient billing, customer service, and team leadershipClinical lab billing experience a plusRelevant certifications (CRCE, CRCR, CPC) preferredInterested in hearing more?
