Qualify prospective customers by sparking interest, answering initial questions, and collecting essential customer information. Deliver concise and impactful introductory presentations on Frontier's internet, TV, and voice solutions, highlighting key benefits and value propositions. Assist the sales team by pre-qualifying potential customers and preparing them for a detailed sales conversation. Learn and apply core marketing principles such as brand messaging, target audience identification, and promotional strategies in a direct environment. Set up and manage promotional materials, ensuring an engaging and informative presence for Frontier. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback on current campaigns and service offerings, providing valuable insights to the leadership team.
