BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGERScroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Onsite | Kansas City (Northland) Client in the senior living industry is seeking a Business Office Manager to assist with accounting and administrative operations during a maternity leave ABOUT OUR CLIENT Welcoming community offering independent and assisted living options Known for compassionate, resident-focused care and exceptional service Provides engaging activities and amenities that create a vibrant atmosphere Strong team culture with supportive leadership and organized operations Opportunity to step into a key role and make an immediate impact with minimal onboarding RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER The Business Office Manager will oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and reconciliations The Business Office Manager will manage resident leasing, contract renewals, and billing communications Perform scanning, coding, and administrative support to ensure accurate financial records Provide occasional assistance with front desk scheduling and staff coordination as needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER Must have hands-on accounting experience including AP/AR functions Experience with property management or senior living accounting systems is a plus Ability to start quickly with minimal training is required Strong organizational skills and professional on-site presence are a mustThis is an onsite position, Monday to Friday. Salary range is $65,000 to $72,000, DOE
