This role is critical in driving consistency, accountability, and process improvements in a facility with long-tenured team members who need a leader that can earn respect, set expectations, and hold the line.If you thrive in an environment where you can implement streamlined processes, enforce standards, and influence change"”all while managing inventory, shipping/receiving, and production performance"”this may be the right opportunity for you.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.What You'll DoLead production operations: Manage daily schedules, optimize run speeds, reduce downtime, and ensure KPIs are met.Own ink & coating operations: Formulate, blend, troubleshoot, and oversee color management using Pantone standards.Supervise & mentor: Provide direction, accountability, and cross-training to a diverse production team.Streamline processes: Drive consistency in inventory management, ERP workflows (PrintViz, Business Central), and production reporting.Oversee shipping & receiving: Ensure materials and supplies flow efficiently through the plant.Support plant leadership: Serve as the backup to the Plant Manager and a key driver of operational excellence.Champion safety & compliance: Uphold OSHA, ISO, and SQF standards to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.What You Bring5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including flexographic printing.3-5 years of direct ink & coatings experience"”solvent-based inks strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and color management.Skilled in inventory control and ERP systems (PrintViz, Business Central, Microsoft Office). Ability to lead long-tenured employees through change with confidence and respect. Excellent communication and leadership skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
