If your background is in IT project management, this is not the right role.We are hiring two roles to support a major federal program at the Pentagon:Junior Project Manager (5+ years) - for Assistant PMs/Coordinators with hands-on documentation experience.Senior Project Manager (10+ years) - for experienced PMs leading large construction projects. What You'll DoDocument every change in construction projects (as-built updates, reports, QA/QC).Conduct field surveys using LIDAR and other measurement tools.Create/update Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, and GIS datasets.Ensure compliance with DoD documentation standards.Collaborate with contractors and government stakeholders. What We're Looking ForDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (or contractor license with equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years (Junior) or 10+ years (Senior) in construction project management.Direct experience with LIDAR, Revit, AutoCAD (must-have).U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. We will not consider candidates without construction documentation experience or without LIDAR/Revit/AutoCAD skills. Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience).
