This individual will direct authority over operations, staff, and business development. You will be responsible for building and executing scalable systems, ensuring operational excellence, and spearheading revenue growth in our cash-based service lines.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Thrive division, ensuring seamless patient flow, efficient scheduling, supply chain, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.Team Management: Supervise and mentor the practice manager and staff; build a culture of accountability, empowerment, and performance.Growth Strategy: Develop and execute marketing and business-development plans to drive patient acquisition, memberships, and retention for cash-based services.SOP & Process Development: Design and implement standardized operating procedures, KPIs, and dashboards for all key workflows.Financial Performance: Manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, optimize billing turnaround, and ensure profitability of new services.Innovation & Service Expansion: Partner with leadership to launch new service lines (weight loss, aesthetics, advanced testing, etc.), identify growth opportunities, and establish best practices.Reporting: Provide regular operational and financial performance updates to the CEO and leadership team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (MBA/MHA preferred).5-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical practice operations, concierge medicine, wellness clinics, or comparable service industries.Proven track record of building systems, driving KPIs, and scaling revenue.Strong marketing/business development acumen, especially in cash-pay or membership models.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, physician-led environment.
