This position is vital to supporting our mission-driven organization by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a true passion for supporting the mission of a nonprofit organization .Key Responsibilities:Manage and process all accounts payable transactions , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll , maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.Reconcile vendor accounts, prepare payments, and maintain organized records.Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and answer payroll or payment-related questions.Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and organizational policies .Provide reporting and support for audits and leadership requests.Contribute to a culture that supports the organization's mission and values.Qualifications:Minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll.Strong understanding of payroll systems, AP processes, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across departments.Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.Nonprofit experience preferred but not required-must be eager to support and represent the mission.#LI-ONSITE #LI-SH1 #ZRCFS #INSEP2025 #payroll #accounting #accountspayable #accountantClick here to apply online
