(AGIA), wholly owned by K2 Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Business Development Account Executive to join its Sale's team. This position is remote. Acquired by AGIA's parent company, K2 Insurance Services, LLC, in 2021, Travel and Cancellation Insurance Division is a growing Travel & Event Insurance Company located in Miami, FL.K2 Insurance Services, LLC offers the opportunity to join an established company in growth mode. Monthly commission potential. Job Summary:The Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the process of creating new distribution opportunities for the company. Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners, and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.Key Responsibilities:Attracting distribution partners in the Leisure Travel, Concert/Event, & Corporate Travel marketsWorking with senior management to identify & manage company risks that might prevent growthIdentifying & researching opportunities that come up in new & existing marketsCreating & managing a target list with regularly scheduled follow-upsCollaborating with the marketing team on necessary collateralPreparing & delivering pitches & presentations to potential new clientsCollaborating to create customized products & proposals for each client's specific business needsDeveloping rapport with key decision makersTranslating proposals into ready-to-sign contractsWorking with our Operations Manager to ensure smooth program launchesManaging virtual and in-person sales meetingsAttending trade shows & networking eventsRequired Skills/Abilities:Experience in both the project management & sales side of running a businessStrong customer service & sales skills for generating leadsAdvanced presentation & persuasive skillsExcellent leadership & teamwork skillsStrong communication & interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clientsExtensive knowledge of productivity tools & softwareAttention to detail & organization skills for honing in on each necessary taskAdvanced decision-making & problem-solving skillsAbility to be a self-starter, productive, & communicative while working remotelyEducation/Experience:Prior experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related fieldTravel &/or Insurance industry experience is a strong plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong time management skills & the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently & as part of a teamProficient with Microsoft Office suiteWant to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.Compensation details: 75000-100000 Yearly SalaryPI9ad46c1a2824-36310-37889526
