Associate Attorney

Award winning general practice law firm based in Central Pennsylvania is looking for an Associate Attorney with a strong desire to learn, a competitive spirit and endless energy. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience and Pennsylvania Bar membership. Consideration will be given to graduating attorneys with strong academic credentials. Experience preparing briefs and pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions in court is preferred. Position requires ability to conduct legal research and discovery, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing demands, responses, motions, summaries, agreements, pleadings and legal correspondence.
